Her work spans multiple countries including Malawi, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, and Ethiopia, where she has driven national strategies to transform neonatal health systems. Dr. Dube’s keynote will offer invaluable insights into scalable, evidence-based interventions for small and sick newborns—and how frontline health professionals can shape the future of neonatal care.
